Provide more
electronic books and provide a variety of novels as well for students to
unwind after particularly
hectic study sessions.
While it could do a
little more, I think the library is as well as it could be and has been quite
helpful to me so far.
We said: We aim to buy as many ebooks as possible for fair access to learning materials. Not every academic
titles is available electronically. Learning Resources has started a Books Unlocked promotions campaign via
displays at Bedford Library and Luton LRC and a blog to promote the benefits of reading for pleasure. Staff and
students share their thoughts and recommendations on what to read. A small number of fiction titles are bought to
support this.
