Tell Us Survey Feedback - 24/7

I personally have enjoyed the 24 hours/7days opening of the Library. well done team. This has been really helpful.
 Just a few, things, I will like to note;  TURNITIN I know that the team is working had to keep the turnitin link
functioning but, this is still an area that needs more attention in terms of its compatibility with internet explorer and
 google chrome. Every student at home or in the library should be confident to submit through any engine
 effectively. HAND SANITIZERS The library has hand sanitizer spots every where and with the fact that one
computer and its keyboard can be used by multiple users within a day, it will be nice to have them filled up,
because most of them are empty for health safety.  FOOD Most of the night reading students like me, struggle to
warm our food at night because, the entrance to where the student Union microwave is locked through the
Library, so we will have to go all the way to the other side. It will be very helpful to have a microwave in the
Library reception launch area.
I believe, this university is growing and has a great vision striving into perfection in its service delivery, because
I can see this effort, my own personal experience has been very satisfactory.

We said: I am very glad you able to make such good use of 24/7 opening. TURNITIN: this is administered by
the Learning Technology team and sometimes issues are not the fault of the University. We will keep you posted

Hand sanitisers: this falls into the brief of our Facilities department and I am happy top pass your comments on
Food: For Health and Safety reasons the library will not be supplying a microwave for public use. There will be a
cafe on the ground floor of the new library opening in July 2016
