The quiet area in Oxford House is on a main corridor used by students to access classrooms & is actually one of the noisiest parts of the library! You need a separate pc room where students can study in peace & quiet. Surly this is the whole point of a library?  Pad support seems to only be available at Oxford house on a mon - we are usually in Luton or Butterfield for lectures on these days?  Opening times need to be revised. Oxford house is mainly used by the healthcare students. We have to work a variety of shifts, yet the library is only open office hours and closed at weekends. This means we cannot study in the library around our shift patterns. I'm sorry but that really doesn't make sense which ever way you look at it! We said: Thank you for raising your concerns. In the current building Learning Resources is very restricted in what services can be made available. We do our best with what's available. Ww are exploring the possibility of whether we can provide in sessonal targeted delivery for students groups with placement commitments.
