Log on problems

I can log on to BREO but I think I have locked myself out of the library resources (it says there is an intruder and won't log on).

I was wondering if there was a way to reset my password?

 I am sorry that you have been experiencing problems. Unfortunately the scenario you describe has been happening to a few of our customers. This happens when your account has tried to login too many times with the wrong password. We think this is happening particularly when you change your password, but don't update saved passwords in your browser or device.

 If you are not on Campus please go to our pass word re-set site

set your password to something secure then remember to change any stored passwords in your browser or on your phone or tablet, otherwise the problem happen again!

If the password re-set doesn’t help please ring 01234 793189 during staffed hours for help.

Life Science databases

The databases for life science are not working. 

Thank you for raising your concerns we have had no reported issues with any databases. Using the advice here

 I have checked Science Direct, Wiley, Annual Review Journal Biomedical Science, Springer, Medline, Sage Premier, JSTOR and DOAJ all work the only link that didn't work was to Pubmed central and I am looking into this.
