Please will you let me know if the book, 'Fundamentals of Pharmacology : an applied approach for nursing and health' which I reserved online yesterday, is ready for me to collect at Luton campus. It was showing as available there, when I reserved it online

Renewals

Please can you confirm whether the book that I have on inter-library loan has been successfully renewed. I called Oxford House earlier and the staff member said he had actioned this but he did not sound at all
confident.

using your usual University username and password
 
When you do this you will see your interlibrary loan has been renewed until 8 May
 
To put your mind at rest if you think a member of staff sounds uncertain on the phone talk to them about it. It is better to do that than worry. Individual voice tones are open to many interpretations so its a good idea to sort it out on the spot. Learning Resources staff are here to help you and any uncertainty you may have thought you heard could be explained in any number of ways.

Refworks - Write N Cite

I'm in the middle of using write-n-cite with all my references stored in there. When I went to use write-n-cite after stopping working for a while it wouldn't allow me to carry on.It is asking for me to re log in again asking for:Group Code;User name; password and the write-n-cite log in code: I'm completely baffled by all of this as it has not happened before, and I'm quite a novice to using write-n-cite although it has been a great benefit to me.

 It sounds as if you've timed out. On the login box there should be a link that says 'Login through your institution (Shibboleth users)'; you need to click on that, select University of Bedfordshire from the list and then login with you university ID. Let me know if there are any problems with that.

Athens

I have heard that students at the University of Bedfordshire are able to get a My Athens Login? Is this true? If so how do I get hold of one?
