Study space and WiFi

Library maybe a little to small, sometime we have no seats in library.

Also don't the internet, could days also allot us cannot connect the university wifi, its very bad for us to study on write report , its a important questions, we hope the wifi can average next time.

Thank you for your comments. On busy days I do recognise that it might appear that the LRC is crowded or even full. As we have over 1,000 study places in the Luton LRC this doesn’t actually happen. May I suggest that you move around the LRC. The spaces in Park Street (2 floors) are quieter that the Church End space. There is Silent working on levels 2 & 3. The IT Suite and Social learning Space offer very vibrant and welcoming spaces to work. If you are not sure how to find your way around please ask staff at the Customer Service desk on level 1 for a tour. They would be very happy to show you round.
I do understand your frustrations with WiFi. There are times when the bandwidth cannot cope with demand in certain areas. This is because high traffic areas ie place where there are a lot of students have to cope with demand from 2 – 4 pieces of hardware per person. At times like this may I suggest that you move to a less busy spot or ask staff at the Customer Service desk for advice.
