inconvenience caused by these circumstances.
We take care to ensure that important matters such as this
are properly managed, although on this occasion we clearly have not succeeded in meeting your
expectations.
In light of this we have decided to review our sanctions regime with all the stake holders. This may take some time - so I cannot offer an immediate solution but we would like to have a long term effective solution to this problem We hope this is acceptable to you.
