The problems with the computers have been ongoing for 3 years now they are not recent problems
I am sorry that you seem to be experiencing problems with the PCs at Bedford. Please could you take any problems you have to the Customer Service desk so staff can follow up specific problems and get them sorted out.
All Learning resources PCs were swapped out this summer. Students came back in September to brand new faster intel i5 PCs. As the PCs are networked inevitably they take longer than a home PC to log on.
