I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this problem. We take care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed and dealt with. I sympathise with your frustration Levels 2 & 3 of the LRC are silent floors. They are monitored electronically and by staff patrolling. This way we can keep the study environment as silent as possible.
In the rest of the library we offer a variety of learning environments and the sound level varies. If levels 2 & 3 get too noisy please report it to staff either at the Customer Service desk on level 1 or when you see one patrolling/working on level 2 or 3
