I am assuming that your problem is with WiFi. If its not and you have a problem with the internet on Learning Resources PCs please report it to staff at the Customer Service desk straight away.
I understand how frustrating it must be to lose WiFi connectivity during a session. If it happens in class please report it to your tutor so they can report it to ICT and the problem can be dealt with.
If it happens in the LRC please be aware that in high traffic areas the University's bandwidth occasionally struggles with serving all the WiFi hardware students carry (between 2 - 4 items per person). If you have a problem in the LRC please report it to staff so they can help you. Or try moving to a quieter spot where you can pick up a good signal. A good alternative is to use the University PCs in the LRC
There is wireless access at all of our Campuses. You can connect to the network with your
university network account and a wireless laptop or any other portable device with wireless
connectivity (except Bluetooth)
If connectivity drops off you will have to log back on
