However I am still experiencing the same problems with
account log in and even though I tried logging in using other servers other
than the Chrome it still isn't accepting my password. Surprisingly tho once I
try and log in from a university computer it does let me in without any
difficulties. Could you please renew the books that are due on the 12th as I
have been trying once again to do that online with no success. Please and
thanks in advance!
Also if you could give me any more tips on how to
successfully log in online when I'm not at the university. That quite the issue

Thank you for your enquiry I am sorry that you
have continued to experience problems. Since the middle of December, as you
know we have been having issues with logging into Discover via the link on BREO
and Library catalogue renewals (Library sign page). We believe it is to do with
changes to the auto fill options on Chrome but it may apply to other browsers.
I cannot renew your items again as this must be sorted out
Below are things you can do to try to resolve
the issue:
1.Turn off the auto fill option in the browser
and try again
Settings, show advanced settings, password and forms, uncheck auto-fill. (Chrome)
2.If this doesn’t work please try a different browser if you are using Chrome, to see if that helps.
3. Otherwise you may need to clear your browser cache
