Renewals Notification

Reminders regarding renewals for books. I usually get these but then didn't  receive and received penalty chatges but no reminder to renew!

Thank you raising this concern. I have investigated this issue and unfortunately the University had an IT problem which affected the library management system 6/7May. This prevented our system generated reminders from being sent.

Are you aware that there is a bit of leeway (called a grace period) on our return dates? Standard loans have 7 days to be returned before the fine is applied 7 day loans have 3 days to return before the fine is applied
