Luton - IT Suite temperatures

Myself and two friends have been sitting in the beautiful new IT suite for about 2 weeks straight now and the temperatures in here are immensely cold.... it is very hard to concentrate when we are freezing

I noted your enthusiasm for the new space and was very pleased.  I am sure it is not just you and your friends so we will look in to the problem and hopefully come up with a solution. I am very sorry to hear that the temperature in the refurbished IT suite is hampering you using the space.  The Estates and facilities department are looking into the issue for us.  The Library staff were unaware of the problem.  It is always helpful if students inform library staff directly if they have issues so that we can action the problem immediately.  I hope to have a positive solution in the next day or so
