I am
sorry that you have been having problems with gmail. I have checked your
account and there is nothing wrong with it. I really don't know what the problem can be.
Did
you follow the instructions here: http://lrweb.beds.ac.uk/libraryservices/availableservices/regforserv/e-mail
and authenticate with your University ID and your usual University password?
If you
continue to have problems please phone staff in the Library 01234 793189 and
they will talk through the process with you
