Luton: IT Suite temperature

Student explained that the the air vents in the ICT suite are blowing out cold air and would like the temperature to be changed, as she explained that it is too cold to work in.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This matter has been reported to Facilities and they are investigating the problem. There seemed to be an incident with the door heater by the entrance and due to that there is an cold air flow around the area. 
Hopefully the matter has been resolved now. If not please let me know immediately
