Library Account problems

I am a new Student who came to the registration on Saturday

I have tried to log into the Library to obtain an e book but for some reason my user id is not on the system

Am I correct in saying that (1) My User Id is my Student Number and (2) My Password is my DOB

I would appreciate your help as I need to view the book of CORDER (NICHOLAS) Learning to Teach Adults

Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry that you have been having trouble with logging into your library account. I have just checked it and it seems fine today.

I will say that it takes 24 hours to create your University accounts so if you registered on Saturday it is just possible that they didn't get uploaded until Monday ie ready for today.

Please try again
username is your University ID number
password is your date of birth in the format 2 digits per element: day month year ie if you were born 1st January 1999 your password would be 010199

If you are still having problems please ring Bedford Campus Library and staff will talk you through the problem

I have tried to answer your question as thoroughly as possible. If you need me to expand further or if I have missed anything out please get back to me.
