Please, the heater on 3rd floor(library) is not working due
to this I am feeling cold and unable to ready very well
Thank you for raising your concerns with me. If you tell a member of staff they will check the temperature for you. The University tries to keep the study area in a comfortable range of 19 - 23 degrees centigrade - which is recommended for office work.
If you find yourself getting cold you possibly need to move around to warm up and consider moving to a different area of the library to work there instead. Additional heaters or increasing the temperature settings for the floor is not possible when the temperature recorded is within the recommended range.
