Bedford - more PCs and lockers

I think uni need to get more computers or should get lockers in o4rder for student bring their laptops and still carry books Thank you

Computers: there are over 170 PCs on the library floors. In addition there are 42 PCs in the Learning Hub..There are a good proportion of PCs to students at Bedford. We rarely have no  PCs left for customers to use. Please check the PC availability screens to show you where PCs are  avaialble on all the library floors. There is a PC booking service to make it easier for  customers to get a machine when they need it most. Please look out for the booking machines in the library or ask staff for help

Lockers: You are welcome to use your own laptop or tablet in the Library there are specific plug in power points available on every floor. If you cannot find any please ask staff on the Customer Service Desk (ground floor) for help. You cannot plug your device into the the University network so please use WiFi if required. At the moment there is no space provision for lockers in the Bedford Library. It is the kind of service enhancement we would like to offer and have looked into the possibilities of offering this as a service. Realistically we would explore the options in full as  capital budgets allow us to do so.
