The printers were down I had come to campus specifically for the library very annoying

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately on 24 Feb the University was experiencing problems with internet connectivity. This wasn't confined to the University as many business and domestic internet connections were experiencing problems that day. I do apologise for the inconvenience this caused you. I do agree that it isn't the standard of service we'd expect to provide. It is being looked into by the University's IT department to help avoid this happening again.
