Reservations

I have reserved a book and made a specific journey to collect. However for the second time it has been held @ M.K. site. It is a different book admittedly, but the same problem has occurred due to an error @ M.K. Bedford Library staff are so helpful and friendly they are as embarrassed as I am because it is affecting studies

I am really sorry to hear about the  mis-directed reservation item. In order to investigate this please can you give me details of the book in question?

I note from your library account that all the reservations requested by you are for pick up at Bedford with the exception of

Primary mathematics: teaching theory and practice

you chose to collect this from Putteridge Bury. is this correct?

The same item is available on the open shelves at Bedford
