Longer loans

As a part-time doctoral student living abroad and doing my research abroad, and because most of the books I needed by now were only in printed not e-books, I am very frustrated that I am not allowed to borrow a book for a longer period than the students who are living in UK

As a doctoral student  journal articles are the expected information sources  rather than  books. If you are reliant on these texts you could consider purchasing your own copies.  

May I suggest that you investigate using a University close to where you live - they may allow visitor access.
