Luton Campus - Room Bookings

I'm a third year student at the university of bedfordshire and myself and a group of students need a place to meet, discuss and prepare for a case study for an upcoming exam.

I am inquiring whether or not it will be possible to book a LRC study room tomorrow (13th January 2017)

Preferably L207 or the room next door to it for 3pm till 5pm.
