Luton - WiFi

Please can you sort out the internet we pay money for this so we need the benefit of quality service

Thank you for raising your concerns with me. I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I am assuming that you are trying to connect to WiFi as there are no reported problems with University PCs. I am sorry that you are having problems with WiFi. Nothing has been reported to LRC staff today (14.11.14) To resolve any issues please ensure you have followed advice from LRC staff. It may be a case of moving to a different part of the LRC.

The University is experiencing connection fluctuations with its WiFi network. If none of the normal access routes work may I suggest that you work on one of the LRC's PCs and save your work to a USB stick. This isn't an ideal solution but while the University attempts to resolve the WiFi problems we may have to work differently for a while.
