The company who was the reseller for Endnote has
gone into administration and can no longer supply personal copies of the
software or provide support. ICT are the administrators for Endnote and anyone specifically wanting an Endnote account needs to help desk their request with ICT.

Refworks:is a reference management system that is web-based so it accessible from any internet-connected device. RefWorks lets you:
- create and manage your personal bibliographic database
- manually create references
- import journal article details from databases (such as DISCOVER and EBSCOhost RD collections)
- import book citations from the library catalogue or ebook collections (like DawsonEra)
- automatically create and format reference lists in a chosen style (such as Harvard)
