Bedford WiFi

Since the internet has changed a large number of master students have not been able to connect to the internet, which is causing problems especially when we need the internet for lectures


Thank you for raising your concerns with me. I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I am assuming that you are trying to connect to WiFi as there are no reported problems with University PCs. I am sorry that you are having problems with WiFi. Please ensure you have followed advice from LR staff in Bedford Library if this doesn't help they may advise you to try UoB student or UoB Guest. it may be a case of moving to a different part of the Library

The University is experiencing connection fluctuations with its WiFi network. It isn't specific to Masters Students. If none of these access routes work may I suggest that you work on one of the library's PCs and save your work to a USB stick. This isn't an ideal solution but while the University attempts to resolve the WiFi problems we may have to work differently for a while.
