Butterfield Temperature

 The library staff are extremely helpful and polite. Thank you Also there is no heating in the library and it is freezing 

We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know we're doing something right.  The staff look forward to serving you in the future. I am sorry that the study environment at Butterfield is rather cold at the moment. The heating problems at Butterfiled in the LRC have been reported and are under review by the University's Facilities department. I have reinforced the helpdesk process by requesting supplementary heaters until the heating issues have been resolved.
