Printing

I am a student at the University and I am contacting you in regards to printing prices.

I also wanted to find out if the printing services are available at the Bedford Campus.

 Please do let me know.

Thank you for your email.  The University has found a work around which means using webprint while on Campus

 You basically follow the on screen instructions. Please ensure that you have enough credit on your print account

 When you are on campus

Log onto

Myprint.beds.ac.uk

Click on web print on in left pane (black)

Follow the 3 on screen steps in main screen Click “Submit a Job”

1. Choose a printer (from 4 choices)

1. Colour Duplex = colour back to back
2. Colour simplex = single sided colour
3. Mono duplex = double sided black & white
4. Mono simplex = single sided black & white
1. Click green button “Print Options and Account Selection”
2. Unless you change the number in the box under the word “Copy” you will get one copy
3. Click on green button “Upload Documents”
4. Either drag files to the “Drag files here” panel
5. OR click green button “Upload from Computer”
6. If looking at files from your computer (iCloud or USB) find the file in the pop up box and click “Open”
7. Then for either Drag and Drop or Upload from computer click on green button “Upload & Complete”
8. Wait till you see a message saying “Held in a Queue” under Status
9. Go to printer with ID card and release your printed files
