Thank you for your comments. Maintaining the library
environment is a partnership between students and staff. Inevitably there may
be occasions when normal behaviours break down. There is a dedicated silent
floor at Bedford Campus Library and several silent study rooms on levels 4, 5
& 6 at Luton Campus Library. These are protected environments and are
expected to be silent.
