The services and facilities are good, the rolling stack is
an issue beyond the control of librarians and thus I don't want that to affect
my judgement. Everything else is fantastic except for the rolling stack and
it's constant inability to work.

with you over the rolling stack at Bedford. We have done everything in our
power to get the Rolling Stack mended and in between times the manual retrieval
via staff is the best we can offer. We are hoping that this problem has now
been resolved.
