The library is not clean and when i made a complain. I got a
reply saying we clean it regularly, which is false. no one cleans the keyboards
We replied
Thank you for your concerns the library is cleaned regularly.
Maintaining the study environment is a partnership between cleaners and
students. If a keyboard is particularly grubby please bring it to staffs’
attention.
