as it showed 2 people in the que. I was waiting for 30 minutes with visibly no
one in the que and the lady was just looking at me, but she did not mind to ask
me if I am waiting for anything. She also went to grab a coffee meanwhile..

Thank you for your feedback we will
remind staff about the need to check if they can help people in the queue even
if they join a team for a different team.
