Use of teaching rooms

I am an MBA student. Today we assigned a room in Library LM108. The temp there was too cold, we just complained about it to the staff there but unfortunately she was rude to us and kicked us out of the room

Thank you for your enquiry. Students are not allowed to use LM108 at any time without a lecturer or member of the Study Hub team. You were not being kicked out of the room because you complained of the cold LM108 is not available for student use outside staff bookings. I am sorry if the member of staff was perceived as being rude but its understandable that you might think that if you were being asked to do something you didn't want to do
Students may book any of the 8 group study rooms in Luton Campus Library but L108 is not one of them
