Room Use

We were in room L108 on 25/11/2018 and we have been dealt with extremely rude behavior where in we were being kicked out of the room because we complained about the room being cold. she was wearing a yellow jumper

Thank you for your enquiry. You were not being kicked out of the room because you complained of the cold L108 is not available for student use outside staff bookings. I am sorry if the member of staff was perceived as being rude but its understandable if you were being asked to do something you didn't want to do
Students may book any of the 8 group study rooms in Luton Campus Library but L108 is not one of them
