Library PC screen notifications

The Tell Us Survey for the use of the library appears every 30minutes on the library computer screens although this has already been completed. It is highly distracting and frustrating when working to deadlines and this appears constantly. I feel this could be better advertised as to not disrupt students during their work. 

Thank you for raising your concerns I apologise for the irritation caused by our on-screen messaging. May I check with you did you click the box to say you'd "read" the message. Completing the survey (thank you) does not stop the messages from appearing as they are not on the same system. This is a new service and we're trying to get the levels of engagement correct.
