I have a few 7 day loan books borrowed from library and the
due date was 3rd of March but I renewed them on 4th, which is 1 day after the
due date. So how much the penalty is and where can I check the penalty
online?
Thank you for your enquiry, you don’t owe anything.
Having renewed your loan within the "grace period" you are not fined for being a day late. The grace periods are explained online but it is a bit confusing

There is a seven day grace period on standard loans
and three day grace period for seven day loans, before the overdue is sent out
by email. You will not be able to renew, reserve or borrow any items after this
time unless you bring the overdue item to the Customer Service Desk for a
member of staff to check the item and renew if possible. You will incur a fine
when the item is renewed.
You can always check your library account and renew any books which are about to become overdue online
