I have several books which have been renewed 20 times now
and it will not, consequently, allow me to renew online any further.
However, I still require these books for my dissertation for a few more
weeks. What are my options?
The books need to be checked by a member of
staff so please bring in all the books. Take them to a member of staff at the
Customer service desk (ground floor at Bedford) tell them that you have renewed
the books 20 times but still need them. The member of staff will manually
return the books and re-issue them. You may then renew them another 20 times
unless someone else requests them.
