I am trying to access several ebooks all to do with the
writing of novels and and for every one being presented with this
page:
I have used ebooks for nearly every assignment I have done to
date and have never before had to request rental? I have always just read it
online. Please could someone help me with this?
University of Bedfordshire is offering a new service to students to broaden
the range of materials available for their assignments called "eBooks on
demand"
How
does it work?
On demand ebooks look like other ebooks, except that there are 'Request rental' and 'preview' buttons instead of 'Download' and 'Read online'. Preview will give you a five minute read of the book. Request rental will automatically trigger a one week rental of the book, paid for by Learning Resources. When three students have requested a rental of a book it is automatically bought (again, paid for by us).
