... got a problem while log-in to Reference work
The sign up account were show my account already exiting but unfortunately
i can't log-in
could u provide me the log-in account and password please
i already tried to log-in with my user name and my password
You are using the correct login, which is your normal username and
password. Could you try logging and clicking on the option to 'link to an
existing account'? That way you should be able to login and have access to any
references you may have saved before.
If that doesn't work, you may need to come into the LRC/library so we can have a look
at what you are seeing.
