i'm writing to bring your attention it's continuously for a week
people (one or two ladies) are very noisy on the ground floor every afternoon.
We're working on M floor but their voice are highly pollution in this library
building. Please take a look and hope we are working in a library not a market.
Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry that you cannot find the study
environment you want on the mezzanine floor. It is an open area over the
library reception and so it will always be noisy. There are no silence
requirements enforceable for these floors.
The only spaces that offer quiet or silent study are the Silent Study
Rooms on levels 4, 5 & 6. Please relocate to one of those rooms. I am sure they
will meet your study style better than the mezzanine.
