At the start of the Academic Year our Study Hub teams offer induction services on the range of activities 
available and our Academic Liaison teams go into lectures to talk about the activities and range of 
services on offer from Learning Resources at all levels. I appreciate that some times this information 
falls between the cracks. We will take your comments back to planning discussions and look for ways to 
improve.
