Some staff are really unapproachable and rude. Very unhelpful when requesting help tonight (8.3.16)

Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. I appreciate how difficult it is to say what your concerns are it would be helpful if you could give more details. I have followed this up with the team on duty and no-one can recall the interchange.
