I have been unsuccessful at renewing my loan of 4 books
online. The password I used is the same as that used when signing for the
books on 4 Nov; however the site is not allowing me access.
The 4 books are now overdue, please can you advise on what I
should do, as I will need these books well into the new year.
The reason you could not renew those books was because they were
overdue.
Please remember to renew or return your loans on or before the due date
