Accessing eBooks

I have requested the following EBook: 
Working with children and teenagers using solution focused approaches: enabling children to overcome challenges and achieve their potential
I am unable to log in to VLebook as it is not accepting University of bedfordshire as the organisation.
Could you confirm what the log in details are please?

I don't understand what you mean by requested. If you paste the details of the ebook into the search bar of DISCOVER (search bars for the library catalogue and DISCOVER are on the front page of LRWeb

Authenticate with your University of Bedfordshire ID number and password
Click on the correct item (it should be the first one on the list) 
In the citation click on preview
You will see the full text

If you think UoB should buy the eBook click on the Request Access button and fill out the details in the dialogue box
You must always follow Learning Resources search routes and log on with University of Bedfordshire credentials
