Remote access

my log in details are no longer working……for Discover which as I am a mature student is a significant pain!

I am a returning student and so did my usual log in  which has not worked and have also tried the format which also does not work

I am sorry that you have been experiencing problems. I have checked your library account and it seems fine.

The University was experiencing problems with UK Access Management last week and I am thinking that maybe you caught the tail end of that
