I am not sure who to direct regarding issues with downloading ebook from Dawson Era (DE). I am facing problem with downloading an ebook from DE. Whenever I download it, the PDF will be empty. I did relayed this issue to DE help desk sometime in April. Till to date, I did not received any resolution.

Today Monday 20 Oct the University is experiencing problems with accessing eresources. The problem has been reported and is being worked on. I do not have a completion time so may I suggest you try again in about an hour?
