The computers are working very slowly (windows, internet) I think you need to buy new equipment
I am sorry that you have been experiencing problems with Learning Resources' PCs. Network PCs take longer to log on that home PCs because they are part of a network. The specialist software installed for our students and staff to use also slows down PC performance. On occasions server problems will also have a slowing effect on PC performance.
A combination of these issues will make the PCs - on occasion - very slow
I can only apologise for this and ask you to be patient. Learning Resources PCs are replaced every 3 years to an excellent specification so please be assured that the PCs themselves are up to date and well maintained.
