Couldn't download unit handbooks
Couldn't print, wrong printer set, selected, blocked printing
Couldn't log off
Was unable to do my work, ran out of time, poor library staff had to assist, taking up their time

So sorry you have been having problems.
Unfortunately the University has been having problems with printing this week. If you can talk to staff at the Customer Service desk in the Library they are more than happy to help you with these issues
