some of the questions students using library regularly do ask.
Who are the technical team? Reader Services staff at the Customer Service desk in all the LRCs in every Campus offer first line technical support. Staff hours are available here:

If Reader Services staff cannot help there is another level of support available by referral only. You cannot request to see these staff directly as their time is very limited. Reader Services staff will refer when appropriate. There Computer Skills training sessions available which may be helpful in short cutting any technical queries
