I have seen your Tweet reporting DISCOVER as down. I
understand your frustration but DISCOVER wasn't down. Your library account is
blocked because you have £24.50 owing in fines. You need to pay some or all of
your fines to release your account.
I would advise you to regularly check your library account
wherever you have internet access
Go to the library catalogue
log on with your usual University username and password. You
will be able to renew books, see if you have any reservations waiting to be
collected and if you have any fines owing.
