I recently saw on BBC News (on 12th December 2013) about
literacy standards .... I would like to reference
this and was wondering a) is BBC an 'unreliable'/inappropriate source to use as
evidence? and b) if not, how do you reference it???? I have had a look on the
referencing section online and it mentions how to reference a film and a
television program and neither are suitable I feel. Please can you help me and
even provide an example layout of how to do that kind of television?
